Our client NetOnNet is looking for a Corporate Sourcing Manager who will become a key asset in developing their category Own Brand and finding the best products for customers today and in the future.

About the role

Wes, on behalf of NetOnNet, is now looking for an inspiring leader who can drive the internal culture but can also lead and develop the in-house brands, Own Brand (OB) in the future to find the best possible products for the consumers.

As Corporate Sourcing Manager it is important that you have a natural drive for business and results, as well as being strategic and analytical with a hands-on approach in your leadership role in the day-to-day work. An inclusive, energetic, and brave leader is important in order to drive change forward.

In your role you will lead an organization of 16 people in the office in Dongguan. You will contribute with enthusiastic leadership and a strong focus on business, as well as supporting, motivating, and challenging your coworkers to create engagement and participation. You are expected to cultivate a learning environment that progresses in the development of future products through trials and learning.


- Lead and develop Own Brand based on the business plan and product strategies.
- Build a more responsible internal culture through your leadership.
- Build long-lasting relationships with partners, suppliers, and other internal and external stakeholders who are crucial and relevant to the future success of the company.
- Initiate and drive improvement- and development projects.
- Trend analyzing and being aware of what is going on in the different product categories.

- A good sense of business and ability to execute the business plan and strategy that has been developed.
- Entrepreneurial with an innovative approach and natural interest and passion for finding the best future products for our customers.
- Humble and down to earth, someone who thinks in terms of “We” not “Me”, who has the company’s and the employees’ best at heart.


- Experience in leading a local team in an international environment and foreign culture.
- Great experience in sourcing, as well as handling and leading procurements.
- A background in matrix organizations is an advantage.
- Must be able to speak English at a high level, and preferably more languages.
- Relevant academic background and experience.

You will report to Catharina Bengtsson, Supply Chain Manager. This is a full-time, permanent role starting as soon as possible. Placement is in Dongguan, China.
