Head of Marketing

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly ambitious SkinTech start-up as the new Head of Marketing. You will become part of the management team of this dermatological, research-driven skincare venture and will be an important part of the company's success.
About the Role
• You will be responsible for our brand communication, website platform, data systems, social media strategy and marketing campaigns.
• Be the creative leader of our digital content.
• Develop and implement community marketing programs and brand marketing strategies.
• Part of the management team and work closely with the Co-Founders in developing the company.
• Manage consumer insights; involving deep-dive into the data and understand our customers journey better from discovery to product.
• Define product positioning by integrating product stories, unique selling proposition and function.
• Project lead the creative, digital and media agencies used, and work closely with our science team on ventures and collaborations related to skin research.
• Manage all PR activities.
• Product pricing and price adjusting: coordinate with finance to control the gross margin of each SKU in different regions.
• Responsible for the marketing & sales budget.
Who we are looking for
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive.
• You have 4 years+ experience in e-commerce marketing and traffic driving activities, preferably in the cosmetic or healthcare/foodtech.
• Strong understanding of SEO and SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media - i.e significant experience in marketing through core digital channels such as paid social, programmatic display, and affiliates.
• You are an extrovert and energetic person.
• You are an experienced project-leader, structured with a personal engagement.
• You are a great communicator with a great ability to cooperate and you work well in a fastmoving environment.
• You speak fluent English and good Swedish.
• Bachelor or higher degree in marketing/sales, digital marketing or business.
• You are customer focus and have a sales-oriented mindset.
• Start-up experience is a good thing but not required
• You are passionate about skincare and health.
• You do not hesitate to help in other areas if needed, we are a small company aiming big.
