Solita is looking to find an experienced tech recruitment and employer branding professional to join the team. He/she will be responsible for Solita’s recruitment in Sweden. The person will play a key role in facilitating Solita’s +30% annual growth and developing and strengthening Solita’s recruitment practices in Sweden.

The responsibilities include leading the concepting of common employer branding and recruitment activities and driving forward the implementation. You will be responsible for developing shared ways of working. As a manager for the recruitment team you will continue building the team. You will coach the recruitment team towards the common goals and secure a high quality och fast pace recruitment process. Head of Recruitment is also responsible for developing Solita ́s employer brand in Sweden and developing recruitment capabilities within the Swedish organization, e.g. coordinating and developing partnerships. You will have full responsibility for the recruitment budget in Sweden.

Solita is a tech consultant organization and your focus will be to recruit consultants to the three business units in the Swedish organization. The Head of Recruitment will also take care of recruitments outside business units, e.g. support functions, sales, and management.

Other areas of responsibility include management reporting, updating and developing the Swedish website from the recruitment angle, and recruitment pipeline follow up.


We are looking to find an experienced, results-oriented recruitment lead who has successfully been leading the development and implementation of recruitment and employer branding concepts preferably in the IT sector. We expect you to have the abilities for strategic work but also that you are ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done. We are looking for a person who is passionate about working in a network-type organisation and who has strong people and communication skills.
