About the position

ProductBeats build and share knowledge for Product people, through education, research, international collaborations, projects, and industrial working groups as well as collaboration with “thought leaders” around the world to create the world´s best knowledge base within product management. We drive networks, weekly webinars, seminars and conferences based on the latest international trends.

We are looking for a CEO who will be able to grow, shape an develop ProductBeats and to communicate on the digital arena. A CEO who sees business opportunities and how to provide and share knowledge and networks as well as skills that lead to stronger business and building better educational products and services.

We are seeking an excellent, value driven and forward-thinking leader with strong understanding of market trends and digital challenges allowing the business to scale as well as build and generate awareness of the brand. A great network and community builder who are able to build strong relationships with potential and existing customers, members and partners. The CEO needs to have a proven ability of leading the way, showing initiative, and with capability to work hands-on in challenging circumstances and experience from navigating in an european or a global context yet lead transformative organizations.

Main task and responsibilities

ProductBeats is in a rapid phase where digitalization, advancements in the sustainability agenda, and new ways of doing effective product management will be key for the future.

In the role as CEO the main objective will be to grow, shape and develop ProductBeats to become a market leader within the industry.

Other areas of responsibilities are:

• Lead the company into the achievement of strategic goals and to increase efficiency and profitability, while allowing the business to scale

• Continuously develop and follow-up on business KPI:s and steering systems created to maintain and grow the assets of the company and secure a qualitative and efficient production

• Developing others and create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement where ProductBeats core values and company vision are fully integrated

• Together with the team develop and present training programs online and onsite and provide ideas and suggestions to Product management to further improve

• Manage customer expectations, implementation of programs within agreed time, scope, and cost

• Manage and build strong relationships with potential and existing members and partners

Experience and qualifications

• Proven track record of leading successful business growth and/or commercialized within EdTech, digital publishing, hybrid eLearning, promotion, and event or similar knowledge background,

• Work experience from B2B2C sales and marketing of which at least 5 years in a manager position from production environment

• Experience in project management activities: project plans and estimates and scoping and requirements through implementation, including ensuring delivery of quality outcomes within timelines and budgets

• Experience with developing and leading specialists in result and performance driven companies as well as working closely with owners and partners

• A broad network and experience from working in international and multicultural environments

• At least a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Teaching and Pedagogy, Industrial Design, Electrical Engineering and/or related field

• Daily work is carried out in English, additionally speaking German would be an advantage

Personal attributes

• Business oriented and well structured with ability to market and package programs, eLearning and webinars, and make convincing business cases in order to get through to partners and clients and get their buy-in

• Value driven, inclusive and team oriented with excellent communication skills

• Standout colleague but also with proven ability of leading the way, showing initiative, and with capability to work hands-on in challenging circumstances.
