We are looking for a Manager Public Affairs, Communication and S&R (Sustainability & Responsibility) to join the Northern Europe team at Pernod Ricard. This role gives you the opportunity to build and set the agenda for Public Affairs, external Communication and S&R going forward. You will be defining the role while creating trust and add value to the markets.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have extensive experience in the areas of Public Affairs, Communication as well as Sustainability & Responsibility together with a can-do mentality.


Your main responsibility will be to act as Center of expertise for Public Affairs, External Corporate Communication and S&R for Pernod Ricard Northern Europe (Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania).

In the role you will be building the Public Affairs agenda and defining the lobbying activities in Sweden and Finland. You work in close collaboration with local industry associations, the Managing Director in the countries and Pernod Ricard HQ.

You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the Northern Europe markets in implementing the Pernod Ricard Public Affairs agenda while continuously adding value to the business within your areas of expertise.

You will also be primary contact to Pernod Ricard HQ for Public Affairs and S&R and the link between HQ and local markets.

Part of the role is to support and inspire the markets in implementing the Pernod Ricards S&R platform.

You will share major news from Group initiatives with local press and opinion leaders.

An important part of the role is to maintain and further develop internal and external relationships with key stakeholders.


• At least 7 years of experience within Public Affairs together with experience from external Communication and S&R.

• Used to navigate in a complex matrix in an international environment.

• Experience from dealing with public authorities and associations.

• Fluent in English and Swedish. Finnish is meritorious.

• Relevant academic background.

Placement is Stockholm, Sweden as preferred location but Finland could be an option for the right candidate. Some travelling within Europe will be required.
