During the past years, Zmarta has experienced both organic and acquisitional growth (most recent acquisitions including and Insplanet) making the Group market leader in terms of top line growth within the OCP industry.

Due to the many acquisitions, the Group has created a platform enabling added customer value through its added verticals and offerings, acting as a one-stop-shop in all thinkable OCP needs. This entails a significant value proposition for the customers of the Group and diversifies Zmarta from its competitors.


• The CMO and his/her team will be instrumental in driving growth, evolving the brand and the Group’s positioning, driving marketing strategies and tactics to drive lead generation, conversion and increase customer lifetime value.

• As a member of the executive management team, the CMO is co-responsible for driving the continuous development of Zmarta and ensuring profitable growth.

• The role covers and is responsible for all of Zmartas markets, i.e., Sweden, Norway and Finland.

• It will be expected to ensure optimal integration of the marketing functions of the acquisitions the Group has completed, e.g., and Insplanet.

• The CMO should make use of the marketing budget and the previous investment made in the Zmarta-brand to leverage the Group’s multi-market position and ensure a growing share of wallet.

• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent (MBA/MSc.).

• Prior CMO experience.

• Outstanding leadership skills: confidence and executive presence – ability to motivate staff.

• 10+ years’ experience of working with digital marketing (SEO, social media, market automation).

• Previous experience of working in an international matrix organization.

• Results-oriented, commercial and business-driven with the ability to see new solutions and opportunities.

• Inspirational and good communicator with the ability to anchor ideas, visions and goals; both internally and externally.

• Analytical, strategically strong and with an ability to have a holistic view.

• Structured and solution-oriented personality with a strong focus on results & outcome with an ability to drive change.

• Digital, entrepreneurial and innovative mindset.


CMO for Zmarta is a full-time position located in Stockholm, Sweden.
