Kekst CNC is looking for accomplished strategic communications professionals with significant agency or in-house experience, highly knowledgeable within the fields of Corporate Communications & Reputation, Financial Communications and Public Affairs.

Candidates are expected to be familiar with the political, macroeconomic and financial landscape and the impact change within these fields have on corporations, as well as a clear view on how to engage with relevant stakeholders accordingly.

The successful candidates need to combine the crucial skills of communication, such as being able to design and implement communications strategies and tactics, while also having a commercial thinking, and the ability to manoeuvre successful project management.

As Strategic Communication Consultants and Senior Consultants at Kekst CNC the following responsibilities are assumed:
• Manage client accounts and build trusted relationships
• Design and implement communications strategies, plans and activities
• Project management and oversee multiple fast-moving workstreams
• Business development

To be successful Communication Consultants, following capabilities are required or desired:
•University degree BA or higher in business, politics or similar. Eligible profiles are business professionals interested in strategic corporate communication.
•Consultants 4 years, and Senior consultants 6 years, of experience, gained in a comparable professional capacity, specifically within the field of corporate communications, financial communications and/or public affairs.
•Project Leader skills as well as profound Leadership skills.
•Strong interest in national and international current affairs.
•A self-starter and doer with strong work ethic, intellectual rigor, excellent analytical and strategical capabilities, customer-orientation and independence.
•A global perspective and experience from international businesses on issues across a range of sectors.
•Excellent communication skills, fluent in Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
